Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Please note that prices quoted are for room accommodation only. Please see our Facilities page for information on breakfast options.
• Reservations will only be confirmed upon receipt of valid credit or debit card details. The card provided is used to guarantee the booking.
• The full cost of the booking will be charged to the card provided 48 hours prior to arrival.
• For live availability, current prices and to make a reservation, please book directly through our website.

Group Bookings

• Large group bookings are defined as 8 rooms or more.
• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in full one month prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy for standard bookings.
• If a reservation is cancelled more than 48 hours before the arrival date, the booking will be refunded in full.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged in full and are non-refundable.

Group Booking Cancellation Policy

For group bookings of 8 rooms or more, the following cancellation terms apply:

House Policy

• Corran House reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests from the premises if behaviour is considered inappropriate or disruptive to other guests.
• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere inside the building, in accordance with Scottish law.
