Accommodation will only be reserved upon receipt of valid credit/debit card details. To book by credit/debit card please see our website or contact us by telephone/email. All bookings will be charged their outstanding amount 48 hours before arrival. Payment for rooms MUST be made at least 24 hours before arrival.

Large-group or whole-hostel bookings require a deposit of 50% at the time of booking. With the outstanding balance paid 1 month in advance.

Cancellations

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy, if you cancel your reservation prior to 48 hours before your arrival date then you will be refunded in full. Any cancellations after this point will receive no refund.

Large Group or Whole Hostel Bookings

- Cancellations more than one month but less than two months prior you will lose 50% paid.
- Cancellations more than two weeks but less than one month prior you will lose 75% paid.

- Cancellations less than two weeks prior then no refund.

A Polite Reminder

Guests who conduct themselves inappropriately will be excluded from the premises.
Smoking is prohibited anywhere in the building - it is against the law.
